Universal Music Group Announces New Headquarters at PENN 2 in Midtown Manhattan
Universal Music Group (UMG) recently unveiled plans to relocate its New York offices to PENN 2, the newly completed office tower developed by Vornado Realty Trust. PENN 2 features 88,000 square feet of open office space, with unique design elements including 23-foot-high ceilings and access to landscaped outdoor areas. Importantly, UMG will develop state-of-the-art studio production facilities in the building, further adding to its existing global network of premier recording studios, which includes renowned locations like Abbey Road Studios in London.
